Hier ist meine Interpretation von <strong>Tsatsiki <\/strong>(WW-freundlich)!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zutaten (1 Person):<\/strong><br \/>0 SP<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1\u00a0 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/8 Salatgurke (einfach so viel, wie man mag ^^)<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0150 g Skyr (Pur)<\/li>\r\n<li>2 EL Leitungswasser<\/li>\r\n<li>Salz\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0weisser Pfeffer<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und durch die Presse jagen<\/li>\r\n<li>Salatgurke sch\u00e4len und ganz fein schneiden<\/li>\r\n<li>Skir und Wasser dazu und sch\u00f6n cremig ruhren. Wenn es zu fest ist, ruhig noch etwas Wasser nehmen<\/li>\r\n<li>mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken<\/li>\r\n<li>kurz ziehen lassen, fertig!<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Anmerkung:<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Dieses Rezept eignet sich zu vielen Fleischgerichten, bei denen es keine So\u00dfe gibt.
